Old fashioned pistachio chocolate chip cake

Ingredients for cake:

6 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
Ingredients for whipped cream:
3 cups heavy cream cold
1/2 cup confectioner sugar
1 cup Pistachio flour
3/4 cup Chocolate chips

Direction for cake:
1. Preheat oven to 350F or 180C. Line 3 (9 inch or 24cm) cake pans with parchment paper.
2. Place eggs and sugar into mixer bowl and whisk on high speed until thick and pale, almost white in color.
3. Combine flour and baking powder. Sift flour into egg-sugar batter, in 2 batches, folding very gently until all flour is added. Immediately pour batter into prepared pans.
4. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown (almost 10-13 minutes). Remove from pans immediately onto cooling racks and remove parchment paper. Let cool completely before frosting.
Direction for whipped cream:
1. In mixer bowl whisk heavy cream and confectioner sugar until is smooth, about 4-5 min.
Cake building:
 
1. Place one cake in the bottom of a plate or cake stand. Put some whipped cream in the center of cake and spead with an spatula. Throw some pistachio and chocolate.
2. Place the other cake above it and continue with the same direction.
3. Place the other cake above and throw some pistachio and chocolate. Decorate with whipped cream.
